Is this safe for breastfeeding?
As a guideline, it's important to consult with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns about product safety during breastfeeding as this is not medical advice.
In my personal experience, I used these products confidently during pregnancy and while exclusively pumping. Each serving of the cortisol drink contains about 60-80mg of caffeine, and I made sure to stay below the recommended daily limit of 200mg.

What worked well for us? I would do our first feed/pump in the am and then drink the cortisol coffee and take the power of 3 antioxidant. My afternoon drink? Same thing, I would try to drink it after my pump/feed! This worked for us, but everyone is different. Is this safe to use while pregnant?
It's important to consult with your healthcare provider if you have any concerns about using products during pregnancy as I cannot offer medical advice. In my personal experience, I used the Cortisol drinks with confidence while pregnant, ensuring I stayed within safe caffeine limits. Half of one serving contains between 60-90mg of caffeine, like a regular cup of traditional coffee. Each product has 30 servings.

How much caffeine is in the drink?
Yes. The drinks in the "cortisol combo" do contain caffeine:
The Watermelon berry contains 190mg in one serving.
The Coffee (lite) contains 120mg in one serving.
The Coffee (regular) contains 230mg in one serving.
It is recommended to start with 1/3-1/2 serving of the drink and adjust as needed. A little goes a long way, these drinks provide lasting energy without a crash.

What is the difference between the lite coffee and the regular coffee?
The regular coffee contains 2x the nootropic ingredients as the lite coffee. There is no difference in the flavor.

Is a headache normal?

Is it real coffee? Can I add this coffee to my own coffee?
Yes! Our coffee is REAL instant coffee, made with Arabica coffee beans. Just add to hot or cold water & add creamer or cold foam like you would make your traditional coffee.
It is not recommended to add this coffee to additional caffeine. If you want to use your own coffee for the flavor, try adding this coffee to your own, but Decaf! Its a great way to keep the flavor but get ALL of the great benefits that our coffee offers! You wont regret this change, trust me!!

When do I take each product?
These products are versatile. Everyone is different and have different needs. These products are meant to fit into your daily routine without big changes. So do what works best for you!
For me, I start my day with the electrolytes, then I take my power of 3 antioxidant capsule with my Xcelerate Coffee. Mid-day I like to drink my Xcelerate Watermelon Berry for an afternoon pick-me-up & I take my Stack 3 GLP-1 capsule at that time. It helps me from snacking between lunch & dinner. How do I make the cortisol drink?
These drinks are versatile! Play with it to see what works best for you!
Coffee: Hot or Cold! Add your favorite creamer or cold foam. *Note it is not recommended to add additional caffeine. If you should want to add this to your own coffee, choose decaf!
Watermelon berry: Add to water! It is lite and refreshing! You can also add in flavor drops. It tastes great mixed with other drinks like: Crystal Lite, flavored teas, sprite zero, and lemonade!
How soon will I see results?
The timing of results can vary based on individual factors like diet, exercise, and overall health.
